Client Success Manager
The mark of a solid client success manager is the ability to adapt to change—which explains why Jon here had a natural knack for his role right away. During his 21 years of military service, he served as Infantryman (during which time he deployed to Iraq with the 4th Infantry Division), as well as other roles such as Counterintelligence Agent, Automated Logistics NCO, Human Resources NCO, and FA Firefinder Radar Operator. For his final three years of service, Jon transitioned to a duty position in Recruiting and Retention as the Marketing NCO.
When he’s not putting the “success” in “client success manager,” Wyoming native Jon is cooking, riding his motorcycle, making things, or hanging out with his awesome wife and their three dogs: Gary, Ice and Max. He’s also an active member of local nonprofit Growth Foundry and a founding member of Cheyenne Makers and Creatives.
