How do you print signage?

Sep 19, 2022 | Signage

Even the greatest, most-well-designed vinyl signs can go awry without the right printer.

Luckily, we’ve stocked our in-house production shop with the right tech and tools to ensure your custom signage will look spectacular.

For printing, we run a Roland TrueVIS large-format printer, a top-of-the-line production printer. We love its ability to change up ink configurations and run white, bright orange, or green processes.

For our ink, we’re stocked with VG inks, also through Roland. These inks earned their spot in our shop thanks to their consistency and brightness. They’re also really versatile, so they print on multiple media—paper, vinyl, banners—and maintain their vibrance on short and long-term graphic installations alike.

Our shop also has a top-heat laminator, with dual conversion to a cold laminator, for specialty laminates. (Metallic overlay is a client favorite.)

Great tech and tools go far in creating a superior end result; add in our rigorous quality control at every step, and you can rest easy that your custom signage—whether it’s a vinyl window graphic, full-length wall vinyl, or even a vehicle wrap—will look perfect every time.
