From April 13 – 16th, Storey Gym will host the Capital City Art Show—an annual celebration of high school artists from Cheyenne’s own Central, East, South and Triumph high schools.
The show concludes with an awards night at Storey Gym on Thursday, April 16th, at 5:30 p.m.
Both the show and the awards night are free and open to the public.
As part of the awards ceremony, members of the West Edge team will present the John Arciniega Scholarship to this year’s two recipients—hand-selected by the scholarship’s namesake, legendary Cheyenne East High School art teacher John Arciniega.
The scholarship, funded by West Edge, is awarded each year to Laramie County students seeking to pursue a career in the arts.
