Here’s how it all got started:
In the summer of 2018, we worked with WyoTech to announce some exciting news: WyoTech in Laramie was back, with former WyoTech president and alumni Jim Mathis at the helm!
With that good news out in the world, our next step was to focus on student recruitment for the first class under new ownership.
…and here’s what we did:
After getting the website up and running—a healthy mix of on-brand content and engaging photo and video—we kicked off statewide and regional enrollment campaigns. Both campaigns produced quality website leads of potential students and industry partners.
To better tell the “we’re back” story, we produced compelling videos to reiterate WyoTech’s goals: Coming back to their roots, and providing the outstanding, hands-on educational experience they were known for.
Once classes were in full swing, we continued to update website content and drive traffic through a combination of digital display and pay-per-click campaigns.
As enrollment increased, our team brainstormed and created new and engaging ways to share the student experience at WyoTech—one of which was getting into the shops, classrooms and dorms with a 360 camera! Within this unique tour, you can “walk” through campus and the dorms, as well as engage with course information throughout. Not only was this video a great benefit for prospective students, it’s also become a great tool for WyoTech recruiters to share with out-of-state applicants.
