Welcoming our newest client success manager

We’re so excited to introduce Jon Hill, the latest addition to our Client Success team!

He’s hit the ground running these past few weeks, jumping right into the thick of video season and helping wrap up some AR work with the Wyoming Army National Guard. (More on that below!) Next time you’re around our place, be sure to say “hi”—and reassure him he’ll get used to our delightful chaos after awhile.

Kicking off our fall mentorship program

After having such a great time with our summer interns, we decided… hey, let’s do it again! 

This fall, we’re sharing our space with 3 students from East High School—Ben, Paige, and Raegan—who each want to pursue a career in the creative field. While they’re here, they’ll get a front-row seat to agency life, as well as an opportunity to learn more about graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and more. We’re stoked to have them hanging out with us this fall, and we can’t wait to show you what they come up with!

Taking cookie walks

Major perk of our place: We’re just a quick walk down the street from Mary’s Mountain Cookies.

With the last burst of beautiful weather, we’ve loved taking mid-day brain breaks to get some fresh air, soak up the sunshine, and support an awesome local business while we’re at it. (The WEC team highly recommends the Wrangler and S’mores cookies, as well as the “cowboy truffles”—edible cookie dough dipped in chocolate.)

Making magic for the army national guard

Posters have been a staple in the Army’s recruiting strategy for decades—but never like THIS.

Using the magic of augmented reality (AR), we brought a recruitment campaign to life for the Wyoming Army National Guard. A quick scan of the poster’s QR card treats the viewer to a moving, talking soldier who explains the benefits of joining—or staying in—the Guard. It’s been a blast working with the Wyoming Army National Guard team to think outside the box, and we’re thrilled that other states have seen what Wyoming’s doing and wants to bring it in to their recruitment efforts, too!

Marveling at murals

In July, the Paintslingers street art festival brought more than a dozen new murals to downtown Cheyenne—and the foot traffic to check them all out hasn’t slowed down since!

We’ve especially loved having people stop by our place to check out the murals on our North, East and West walls… and there have definitely been more than a few family photo shoots and epic selfie sessions out there, too. We always strive to “make it memorable” for our clients, the community, and even those just cruising down Lincolnway… and these murals are just one more way we get to do that.
